The mountune Racing MP215 > MR230 upgrade offers existing MP215 Fiesta ST owners the chance to upgrade to a genuine 230PS and 340Nm experience - the highest power output reliably achievable using the OE turbocharger.

This kit is for customers that already have the MP215 hardware installed and require the following hardware to upgrade to MR230:

High-flow 3" down pipe with 200-cell sports catalyst
High-flow 2.5" bore cat-back exhaust
High-performance alloy intercooler
High-flow charge pipe upgrade kit
High-flow silicone induction hose
mTune handset loaded with MR230 calibration.
Optimised cam timing (via mountune timing tool - included)

Once upgraded, power increases to 230PS whilst torque is raised to 340Nm.

Please note: Installing the MR230 calibration without the correct hardware list above may result in failure to make the quoted power / torque figures, abnormal running, detrimental fuel consumption or engine warning light illumination or in extreme circumstances, damage and / or failure to the engine. In any such instance no warranty is offered or implied by mountune.

Worth the $$$$?

Clear difference from the MP215 upgrade. Fitted by local Ford dealer here in New Zealand. That and all the import costs made it a very costly upgrade, so think carefully if ordering from abroad. But for me definitely worth it.

Excellent Customer Service and Facilities, Ryan was very helpful and thorough with explaining the modifications done to the car.. The upgrade is just amazing from the MP215 to the MR230 is well worth the money spent. Top quality products that just enhance the car's appearance and the performance, the car is now much more responsive, virtually no Turbo Lag and the exhaust sound is spot on, this is how the ST should have been originally. Also had the Roll Restrictor fitted at the same time which has also made a noticeable difference to the car's performance. Have also purchased the Billet Quick Shift, Coolant Hose Upgrade Kit and the High Flow Intake / Turbo Entry Pipes which will be fitted soon.

Well impressed !

To start off with I was impressed with the costumer service , Ryan was very polite and very helpful ,and nothing seems too much trouble for them .Fred and everyone in the workshop made sure everything was spot on and perfect before it left the workshop, they take real pride in there work! The mr230 has completely changed my Fiesta st , more responsive , less turbo lag and sounds much better more aggressive and less droning on motorways . Would highly recommend mountune and the mr230 ! And would use again maybe for the mr265 ..
