As always an excellent experience at Mountune from start to finish. Ryan does an excellent job as Customer Service Host and Fred the Service Manager gives you the confidence that your vehicle will be treated with the utmost care. I have just had my first year service ahead of a European road trip, I’ve now got the confidence to enjoy my vehicle without that nagging doubt in the back of my mind that the big Ford Dealerships leave you with. The Ford Dealerships could learn a lot from the Mountune experience. Following frustrations trying to get the most simple of routine maintenance carried out by Ford I took my Mustang to Mountune for an oil and filter change. The customer service is experience is excellent and I have full confidence to bring my Mustang here for all servicing needs. First class service - after a less than satisfactory main dealer experience, I had no hesitation in turning to Mountune to carry out the the scheduled servicing. You, and most importantly the car, are treated with due care and attention. Everything that was promised was delivered, with plenty of small touches that make the difference between regular and outstanding customer service. Would absolutely recommend to anyone weary and/or wary of the Ford main dealer network. I was in and out within three hours, with the time spent in a very comfortable and clean waiting area.
