Yes, our 'hub' boasts a comfortable waiting area with ample seating and workspace, free Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee and snacks, plus it features a large selection of our products and engines on display, too.

What is your hourly labour rate?

For all of our garage services our labour rate is currently £100 per hour (£83.33 +VAT).

Can I use mountune reward points for installation?

Yes, when you choose mountune to install your performance parts and ECU/TCU tuning, not only can you spend any mountune reward points you've collected (in the usual way), you'll also earn mountune rewards too. So you can save more and spend less, regardless of how you shop with us.

Do you offer vehicle servicing?

Yes, we offer a comprehensive service for your Ford or VAG model using manufacturer approved or supplied parts, in accordance with our extensive schedule. Please see our separate servicing products, which can be added to your basket and booked individually, or together with performance upgrades. It's also the only place you'll get a 'mountune' stamp in your book!

Can you install non-mountune parts on my car?

If you have other hardware you'd like installed together with your mountune upgrades please let one of our workshop team know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What time is your workshop open?

Our workshop currently operates Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4:30pm. If you have any special requirements around dropping off or picking up your vehicle, please just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I add products to my booking?

Yes, whilst booking an upgrade or service online is the best way to secure products and services in our workshop, you'll normally be able to add additional performance parts on the day as well, should you wish.

Will this affect my Ford Warranty?

Routine servicing will not affect your Ford warranty. However, any modifications to your car may impact it, so it’s important to check with your warranty provider before making changes.We also offer the mountune Warranty, which covers both your car and the modifications. Purchased the Cat-back exhaust which was fitted at the workshop. An amazing place with friendly staff and plenty of entertainment and displays to keep you occupied while waiting.

I couldn’t praise mountune enough! I’ve had a lot of work done by mountune on my mk4 focus ST, full exhaust system, carbon fibre induction kit with carbon fibre rear induction intake, secondary alloy intercooler, mountune 365 flash drive, short shifter arm and many more bits!

Ryan who I dealt with for the whole process was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable on the mountune products. He helped with the set up of the flash drive and any additional queries I had on the install. The car goes like a rocket now! The products are built to the highest quality and you can tell from the moment you open the box. Couldn’t be happier.

I’ve just had my 3rd different car serviced at mountune and it was a top service as usual. Although this car did not have the performance of the previous two, I still wanted mountune to service it as I knew from previous experience the car would be serviced as the manufacturer intended, plus the technician will give the car a good look over and give me an honest assessment of any issues.
