Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Damaged items will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Refunds for Calibrations (maps): A calibration can only be refunded if the files have NOT been sent to the customer via the SMARTflash. If the files have been applied to the app then no refund can be offered.

To initiate your return, please use our returns centre at https://mountune.returnscenter.com, which will guide you through our returns process.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, we will processed the refund immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Typically this will take 3 working days, however it could take longer depending on your method of payment and your payment provider.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your return has been accepted and you have not received a refund, first check your bank, PayPal or credit card account. Then contact the company (relevant to your payment), as it may take some time before your refund is posted to your account. Next contact your bank (if applicable). Often banks have an internal processing time before a refund is posted back to an account.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged and within the applicable warranty window. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@mountune.com.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: mountune Returns, Prospect House, Prospect Way, Hutton, Essex, CM13 1XA, GB.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
