The mountune m365 power upgrade for the manual and automatic Mk4 Focus ST takes performance to another level, delivering up to 365PS and 560Nm from Ford’s 2.3-litre EcoBoost engine.
Utilising carefully engineered hardware upgrades to remove key restrictions in the exhaust system, the m365 calibration fully optimises the available headroom, delivering effortless performance, enhanced drivability and a soundtrack that truly befits Ford’s flagship ST model.
As with all mountune upgrades, m365 has undergone extensive durability testing, including tens of thousands of miles and months of data collection across a wide range of driving conditions, from road to track and across different fuel octane ratings, ensuring engine robustness whilst retaining the vehicle’s safety parameters.
Peak output increases to 365PS and 560Nm, with the additional torque delivered across a broad rev range for instant response and effortless performance in any gear. Despite the significant increase in performance, m365 remains refined, compliant and perfectly suited to everyday driving.
m365 uses mTune SMARTflash, allowing you to install and switch between calibrations in minutes using the relevant app, supplied Bluetooth OBD interface and your smartphone.
No laptop. No cables. No handset.

Using the m365 calibration without the recommended supporting hardware will not achieve the published power and torque figures and is not recommended.

Fully optimising the reduction in back-pressure achieved from installing the new 3" downpipe sports cat and sport GPF has allowed the calibration team to increase peak power to 365PS, with torque raised to a substantial 560Nm, all whilst maintaining drivability and retaining practicality for daily drivers.
To help achieve the power and torque figures indicated and to ensure maximum reliability and a degree of headway remains, the m365 should only be used with a 3" high-flow downpipe, sports GPF (which removes a substantial amount of back pressure otherwise found in the exhaust system) and either a high-flow panel filter or our carbon fibre induction kit.

GermanyI have installed Downpipe/Sports cat with GPF on my ST with automatic transmission and flashed with m365. The results are beyond great! Significantly improved sound and powerful acceleration! The car even does pops and bangs, at least while stationary in neutral and occasionally while driving. So, if mTune guys put their great minds together the software can probably be modified to offer full scale pops and bangs like on manual transmission. It will be then, perfection ;-)
