The MRX Turbocharger at the heart of the mountune m285 Power Upgrade Kit is engineered around a genuine Garrett GT2554R core that features a custom engineered 11-blade billet compressor wheel and matching 3" inlet anti-surge compressor housing for incredible response and power. Developed as a complete system with everything available from one source ensures the performance and quality you’ve come to expect from mountune.

This product includes a fixed labour charge for installation at mountune HQ in Hutton, Essex. This is a comprehensive drive in, drive out service, where you can make use of our comfortable and spacious customer waiting area while the work is being carried out.

Yes, our 'hub' boasts a comfortable waiting area with ample seating and workspace, free Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee and snacks, plus it features a large selection of our products and engines on display, too.

With over 40-years of designing, producing and fitting ECU/TCU software, components and engines, there is no better choice than mountune to have your performance parts fitted. Just like you, we're all petrolheads and treat your pride and joy with the care and attention that it deserves (as if it were our own car), so you can have complete peace of mind of not only the highest levels of workmanship, but that the people that designed the hardware or software are also installing it as originally intended.

You'll also be able to collect and spend mountune reward points too, helping you save money.

For all of our garage services our labour rate is currently £90 per hour (£75 +VAT).

Yes, when you choose mountune to install your performance parts and ECU/TCU tuning, not only can you spend any mountune reward points you've collected (in the usual way), you'll also earn mountune rewards too. So you can save more and spend less, regardless of how you shop with us.

Yes, we offer a comprehensive service for your Ford or VAG model using manufacturer approved or supplied parts, in accordance with our extensive schedule. Please see our separate servicing products, which can be added to your basket and booked individually, or together with performance upgrades.

It's also the only place you'll get a 'mountune' stamp in your book!

If you have other hardware you'd like installed together with your mountune upgrades please let one of our workshop team know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Our workshop currently operates Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm. If you have any special requirements around dropping off or picking up your vehicle, please just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, whilst booking an upgrade or service online is the best way to secure products and services in our workshop, you'll normally be able to add additional performance parts on the day as well, should you wish.

Purchased the Cat-back exhaust which was fitted at the workshop. An amazing place with friendly staff and plenty of entertainment and displays to keep you occupied while waiting.

I couldn’t praise mountune enough! I’ve had a lot of work done by mountune on my mk4 focus ST, full exhaust system, carbon fibre induction kit with carbon fibre rear induction intake, secondary alloy intercooler, mountune 365 flash drive, short shifter arm and many more bits!

Ryan who I dealt with for the whole process was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable on the mountune products. He helped with the set up of the flash drive and any additional queries I had on the install. The car goes like a rocket now! The products are built to the highest quality and you can tell from the moment you open the box. Couldn’t be happier.

I’ve just had my 3rd different car serviced at mountune and it was a top service as usual. Although this car did not have the performance of the previous two, I still wanted mountune to service it as I knew from previous experience the car would be serviced as the manufacturer intended, plus the technician will give the car a good look over and give me an honest assessment of any issues. On top of that the hospitality is 1st class... I really feel mountune go above and beyond, the reason I’ll be returning in the future for performance upgrades or general servicing.

I had some work carried out by the team at Mountune HQ, the attention to detail was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble, these guys go above and beyond to ensure great customer service.  I’d even go as far as to say that they’re the only guys I would trust with my pride and joy. From my experience I can assure you that you will not be disappointed with the service and in my opinion the hospitality is second to none. In the Mountune hub, you will find a whole range of performance parts for your fast Ford which have been specifically designed with quality and durability in mind.

    M285 power upgrade

    I have come from the MR265 hybrid turbo to the M285 and would highly recommend having it installed.I have found it is a lot quicker and you have to watch your speed as before you know it you will be in three figures as it gets there rather quickly.

    Amazing

    Wow! Mountune have smashed it with this upgrade package. People go on about how other tuners are running higher numbers but the m285 is the perfect fit for the mk7 Fiesta ST. The way it delivers the power now is fantastic, I haven't got LSD yet and I'm still able to get all the power down with minimal torque steer and no wheel hop. The car sounds a lot better too, sounds a lot meaner. I was travelling down from Glasgow running MR230 and noticed on the journey back home that the fuel consumption is actually better too, way better than standard. If your thinking about getting the m285 package, go for it! You will not regret it, well worth the money. Thanks to all the people down at Mountune HQ for welcoming myself and my fiancee, customer care, service and workmanship and also Thanks to Ryan Sinclair for looking after us, made us feel right at home. The best in the business. *****

    Worth the wait

    I missed out on the MR 265 last summer, so I’d been waiting over a year for the m285. It was definitely worth it, incredible power throughout the rev range. A small amount of lag but after the boost comes in you’ll have a smile on your face. I was given a hoody for being a loyal customer which made the visit even better. Thank you Fred and all the team at mountune.
