The mountune m400 performance upgrade transforms the 3.0L V6 Twin-Turbo Ranger Raptor, increasing power from 292 PS to an impressive 400 PS, while torque rises from 500 Nm to 625 Nm.

Alongside the enhanced engine calibration, the m400 package includes a dedicated transmission calibration, optimising gear shifts to make the most of the additional performance.

As with all mountune performance upgrades, the m400 calibration has been developed and tested against our own stringent durability criteria. Safety parameters are retained to ensure engine robustness and reliability, giving you complete peace of mind when enjoying the increased performance.

SMARTflash

The mTune SMARTflash app makes installing and updating your calibration simple. Using the supplied Bluetooth OBD interface and your smartphone, you can flash your ECU without the need for a laptop, cables or additional handsets.

The SMARTflash app also provides:

  • DIY calibration installation and updates
  • Data logging
  • Fault code reading
  • Performance meter
  • Anti-theft immobiliser function
  • The ability to return your vehicle to its original calibration

The vehicle's standard calibration is read during the installation process, allowing you to easily return to stock when required.

Recommended Upgrades

For optimum performance, we recommend running the mountune Ruthenium Spark Plug Set and K&N High Flow Air Filter alongside the m400 calibration.

Warranty

This product is not Ford warranty approved. However, mountune can offer a comprehensive warranty for your modified Ranger Raptor, covering both the mountune upgrade and the vehicle as a whole. This is available at an additional cost.

This upgrade is currently compatible with Ford Ranger Raptor 3.0L V6 models up to and including February 2026 model year vehicles.
