ECE Approved Downpipe / Sports Cat [Mk3 Focus RS]

The HJS ECE Downpipe & Sports Cat has been engineered for the Mk3 Focus RS to reduce exhaust back-pressure at the turbocharger, allowing improved turbocharger response and enhanced performance.

Featuring a large-diameter 200-cell high-flow HJS sports catalyst, the system is designed to improve exhaust gas flow while maintaining compliance with the applicable Euro 6 emissions requirements.

The HJS downpipe incorporates robust OE-style mounting brackets and hangers to maintain correct alignment and OE-like fitment, along with an integrated stainless steel flex section to help absorb movement and reduce stress on the exhaust system.

Designed as a direct replacement for the OE downpipe, the HJS ECE Downpipe & Sports Cat is compatible with both the OE cat-back, mountune Cat Back and Milltek Sport cat-back exhaust systems.

Unlike motorsport-only sports cats, this HJS system is ECE type-approved and fully road legal, making it suitable for customers looking for improved exhaust flow and performance without compromising road-use compliance.

No ECU software upgrade is required, and the HJS ECE sports cat is designed to operate without triggering the EML.
