Bought this after reading that it can stop noisy gear changes that happen usually on 1st to 3rd ,because of the engine moving alot , didnt solve it but made it better ,what it has done is made everything feel tighter and stopped a bit of torque steer
Fitting is pretty simple if you can get under the car, instructions online are very easy to follow. The results however are extraordinary the wheel hop is gone, the power delivered is instant on launch, couple with the short throw shifter you'll feel like driving a new car.
Fantastic! Car currently has around 45,000kms and the stock Rear Motor Mount had done its time. Overall driveability is like stock if not better, Ironically less vibrations as well. However combined with the Short Shift Kit, engagement is better and wheel hop is gone. Shifts smoother as well. You will not lose Daily Driveability. To get the best results out of the Roll Restrictor (Rear Motor Mount) you should combine it with the Short Shift kit. Both are really easy to install with basic hand tools shouldn't take you more than 1.5 hours to do both if you have basic machincal and tool knowlage and will fundamentally change the way the car feels.
