Charge Pipe Upgrade Kit [Mk8 Fiesta ST | Puma ST]

Choose a Re-circulating Valve

The mountune high-flow charge pipe upgrade kit for the Mk8 Fiesta ST and Puma ST removes the multiple inherent restrictions found in the OE hot-side charge components, substantially improving airflow and reducing the pressure drop across the system.

The complex OE component features multiple sections which taper down or narrow, reducing the pipe diameter by as much as 50% of the turbo outlet / intercooler inlet pipe diameter and also incorporates a restrictive sound resonator.

Carefully engineered to be a direct replacement fit, the mountune charge pipe kit includes everything you need to replace this power-robbing section and is the only option currently available that addresses the super-restrictive upper hard pipe; increasing airflow by a massive 62% versus OE!

The aluminium hard pipes are supplied in our durable and aesthetically pleasing black anodised finish and is available to support ST models both with, and without the factory re-circ valve. 

Not sure which you need? If you're running our m235 or m260 upgrade you can use our SMARTflash app to confirm your calibration suffix, or alternatively contact us to help confirm. The general rule is any calibration ending -C(any letter here) requires the version WITH. All other calibration suffixes, including all Puma ST & Mk8.5 Fiesta ST models, require the version WITHOUT.

An essential upgrade for those wanting to improve the performance and efficiency of their engine, provide headway to the turbocharger, or that want to achieve maximum power and torque output.

  • High-flow aluminium upper hard pipe
  • High-flow aluminium lower hard pipe
  • Silicone elbow
  • Replacement pipe securing clip
  • 2 x Jubilee clips

Please note: When installing this kit, ensure you re-use the seal found in the OE upper hard pipe.

If your calibration ID ends K1BY-14C204-C(any letter here) you need the version WITH.

If yours ends K1BY-14C204-EA or K1BY-14C204-EB you also need the version WITH.

If your software part number corresponds to any of the following, you need the version WITHOUT:

K1BY-14C204-EC onwards

All Puma ST models require the version WITHOUT.

    Charge Pipe Upgrade

    Greta product again by Mountune, easy to install took around 1 & 1/4 hours to do with axle stands. Installed alongside a GFB DV+ has definitely been a great improvement over the stock pipes & diverter.
