mTune SMARTflash m330 Upgrade [Mk4/4.5 Focus ST]

The mountune m330 power upgrade for the manual and automatic Mk4 Focus ST delivers up to 330PS and 515Nm from Ford’s 2.3-litre EcoBoost engine, without requiring significant hardware changes.

Developed to safely increase power and torque, m330 improves outright performance, drivability and responsiveness while adding a range of functionality unique to mountune.

As with all mountune upgrades, m330 has undergone extensive durability testing, including tens of thousands of miles and months of data collection across a wide range of driving conditions, from road to track and across different fuel octane ratings. This testing included in-cylinder pressure monitoring and other key metrics to ensure engine robustness while retaining the vehicle's safety parameters.

Performance

Peak power increases to 330PS, with torque increased to 515Nm. More importantly, the additional torque is delivered throughout the rev range, transforming the driving experience with stronger acceleration, improved responsiveness and greater flexibility.

SMARTflash

m330 uses mTune SMARTflash, allowing you to install and update your calibration yourself using the relevant app, supplied Bluetooth OBD interface and your smartphone.

No laptop. No cables. No handset.

SMARTflash also provides configurable live gauges, comprehensive data logging and a built-in performance meter.

Recommended Hardware

The m330 calibration has been fully optimised to work with the mountune high-flow panel filter, helping the engine and turbocharger work more efficiently.

m330 supports all known regional variations of both manual and automatic Mk4 Focus ST models and can be installed or removed by the customer wherever required.
