Fast road Brake Pad upgrade (Front) [Mk3 Focus RS]

The mountune high-performance mk3 Focus RS brake pad range has been developed for owners looking for the ultimate in braking performance whilst retaining their OE braking setup.

The aramid fibre-based pad compound used provides excellent initial bite from cold, which improves further with subsequent use as the heat builds up, offering enhanced performance and resistance to brake fade upto 700ºC.

The compound used also produces minimal dust and maintains an OE-like level of noise, so is perfectly suited to daily use without any compromise.

These pads are a direct replacement for mk3 Focus ST customers running our Big Brake Upgrade Kit.

Features:

  • Improved braking performance
  • Resistance to brake fade up to 700ºC
  • Low dust / noise output
  • Suitable for fast road / track day use
  • Direct swap for OE pad
  • ECE R90 approved
  • Perfectly matched to mountune grooved disc upgrade and the high-performance lightweight disc/bell assembly

    Great quality Pads

Honestly I was really impressed, had zero fade for some quite long sessions on a warm day on a track day, even when the discs were glowing still had great stopping power and inspired confidence miles better than the standard pads
