I had to wait a bit before the local Ford service gear expert had the right time and in addition they lacked some of the necessary special tools. Only after a short drive can I say, as Juku another already mentioned, that at low speeds the steering feel is a bit heavier, but by no means too heavy, the car feels somehow stiffer and with . I am very pleased, with excitement I look forward to the slippery weather of the winter that will see how much better the car starts moving from a slippery surface. Thanks Mountune !!!
Fitted by Jacksons Ford a Mountune Pro dealer. Excellent service very professional. The LSD.......well having read mixed reviews I wanted to give an unbiased view. Having an FPM375, V3 exhaust, charge pipe kit, short shifter, PTU brace & roll restrictor it cold be said that I am Mountune biased. All that I can say is the more items added the more the car seems to come alive. The LSD to me is not noticeable at low speed, but becomes very noticeable when under power in wet conditions allowing another level of confidence. It is an expensive option however in my view it is constantly working all for your benefit adding grip & hence allowing the car to be more composed in situations when previously iI would not have the confidence in the car to press on. It is early days but the car has not lost any of its boisterous character, and has gained a degree of steering feedback which has put the car into a different league.
