The mountune forged piston and steel con rod upgrade offers owners of both the Mk8 Fiesta ST and Puma ST a comprehensive solution for safely increasing their engine’s ability to handle higher power and torque outputs, increased cylinder pressures and higher engine revs.

The 84mm standard bore forged pistons are designed to work in harmony with the mountune steel con rods while maintaining the OE 10:1 compression ratio. The uprated rods utilise a 21mm gudgeon pin and provide the additional strength required for more demanding engine builds and increased performance levels.

Supplied with ARP rod bolts for ultimate reliability, along with new big end bearings which are not available as a consumable item from Ford.

Please note that some modification to the block will be required to provide clearance for the stronger con rods.
